Beginning Research Projects

 

Hourly Rate: $25.00 

            *HOLIDAY SPECIAL -  $10.00 off per hour!*         

Once we receive your information and payment, 

we will begin to research.

Projects will be completed in 2-3 weeks.

Research Projects Include*:

1.  Documents -   We will make copies of each record we find of your family.  Copies will be on standard size paper of (8 1/2" x 11").  Please specify if you would like larger copies.

2.  Research Log -   The Research Log includes which records have been researched.  This will avoid researching the same record twice.  After searching a record we will state if your ancestor was or was not located in the record.

3.  Pedigree Chart -   This chart will begin with information about yourself.  Then it will include your direct line with your parents, grandparents, great-grandparents and so forth.

4.  Family Group Sheets -   These sheets will have information about the parents and their children.   Spouses of each child will be included if known. 

 (*One hour projects do not include family group sheets.)

Before we begin your research, it is important to provide as much information that you already know about your family.     This may be obtained from:   1.  Birth, Marriage, and Death certificates of family members.   2.  Family Bible, Obituaries, Newspaper clippings, Scrapbooks.   3.  Your memories and other relatives information.     When writing down information about your family, start with yourself.  Then add siblings, parents, grandparents, and so on.  Include birth, marriage, and death dates, and the place where the events occurred.     After you have completed this information, you can either email it to us at: Research@BeginYourFamilyHistory.com  Or use our Contact Us page and submit the information there.     Please make checks and money orders out to: Karrie Jackson (Owner/Researcher)    Mail To: Begin Your Family History P.O.
